In Egypt, at least one tourist has been killed and 14 others wounded when a hot air balloon crashed near the ancient city of Luxor. Two of the wounded are in serious condition. The balloon was carrying about 20 people around the Western Bank of the city. According to officials, the incident was caused by strong winds and blowing dust. Other balloons which took off around the same time landed safely.
