Sports Scene returns with news from the NBA, where Kevin Love and John Wall will not be playing at next month's All-star game. Both players made the East team, but will not make it due to injuries. Love, the Cleveland forward breaking his hand Tuesday in Cleveland's game with Detroit. He will be sidelined 6-to-8 weeks. Washington's Wall, is gone up to two months, because of surgery on his left knee. His spot on the squad has been given to Detroit's Andre Drummond. No replacement has been named for Love.

In Wall's absence, their other all-star Bradley Beal will have to pick up the slack, as they take on OKC. The Wiz shooting guard spot Otto Porter inside for the hoop. 2-point game late in the fourth. The Thunder who are riding an 8-game winstreak, stay in front by two as Carmelo Anthony beats his man to the cup. He had 19. But the Wizards are able to tie things as Markieff Morris converts the alley-oop. 92-92. Russell Westbrook with the rock now, and he finds Steven Adams for the little floater, as OKC reclaim the lead. Porter is able to tie things once more, he's lucky he doesn't get called for the travel. He had a team high 25. Then it's the MVP, Westbrook, spinning his way to the cup for a deuce, as the visitors are once again to go in front. He was only 5-of-18 shooting, for 13 points. And the see-saw game, see-saws again, Beal beats his man to the rim, and it's a 96-96 game with under a minute to play. Tomas Satoransky is then on the line to give the almost-Bullets the lead, and he makes both of them, as the Wiz lead by a pair with 39-seconds to play. OKC have a chance to tie it, but get a poor shot off, Carmelo misses everything, and the Wiz rebound the ball, and hold on for a 102-96 win, and snap the Thunder's 8-game run.  

In other action James Harden went off recording the first 60 points, triple-double in league history in Houston's win over Orlando. The 60-points is also a franchise record. Utah rolled Golden State by 30. New York beats Brooklyn. Detroit dumps Cleveland. Andre Drummond had 21 points and 22 rebounds in the victory. Toronto and San Antonio pick up home wins.
