The DPRK has accused the US of using threats and intimidation to force other countries to implement UN sanctions against it. However, the DPRK's foreign ministry director-general for US affairs, Choe Son Hui, said on Saturday that Pyongyang would engage in talks with the US administration if conditions were right.
