Hundreds of migrants have crossed a heavily guarded border in northern Africa to apply for asylum in the Spanish enclave of Ceuta. Spain's Civil Guard says around 300 to 500 people crossed the border on Friday. Dozens of migrants openly celebrated their arrival after climbing over a tall barbed wire fence.
