The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has drawn global attention. Experts have spoken highly of the congress, saying it will accelerate reform and prove of benefit to the world.

And if China promotes reform and opening up, I think that will benefit China and benefit the rest of the world. The Chinese leader also talked about the rising debt in China and the problem of leverage. I think after the Party Congress with the new leadership in place, I think China will now gradually address potential financial risks.
