Raging bull: Beasts go head to head in southeast China

Villagers in Xiangfu County in southeastern China’s Jiangxi Province brought their bulls to the ring on Friday to celebrate the traditional Chixin Festival, attracting visitors from across the country. /VCG Photo

Bullfighting is a traditional activity during the festival but unlike in Spain which sees man battle beast, in this festival the bulls fight each other while locals pray for a good harvest the next year. /VCG Photo
