Winter Olympics: 28 Russian athletes cleared of doping

Twenty-eight Russian athletes have been cleared of doping offenses from the 2014 Winter Olympics. The Court of Arbitration for Sport annulled the sanctions due to insufficient evidence and re-instated their results from the Sochi Games. Russia is now to ask the International Olympic Committee to allow the athletes to participate in PyeongChang.
