Italian police say they have arrested a man suspected of shooting six foreigners from a car in the central city of Macerata.  Four of the victims were seriously wounded. Police say shooter appeared to be targeting Africans. Citizens have been warned to stay indoors. The shootings happened just days after the body of an 18-year-old Italian woman was discovered cut up and hidden in two suitcases. A Nigerian citizen has been arrested in connection with the death.
