Chinese Premier Li Keqiang met with deputies to the 12th National People's Congress (NPC) from southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region on Tuesday morning in Beijing.
Five of the deputies from three different ethnic groups presented a "hada", a traditional ceremonial scarf, to the premier.
