The Democratic People's Republic of Korea has given South Korea a list of its delegation for a rare high-level meeting this week. The DPRK's delegation will be led by Ri Son Gwon, the country's point man on inter-Korean affairs. He's the chairman of the North's Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of Korea. Ri has taken part in inter-Korean military talks since 2006. The other four delegates are a vice chairman and a director of the unification committee, a deputy minister of physical culture and sports, and a member of the DPRK Olympic Committee.
