Peach blossom field drives tourism boom in Zhejiang

China's Fenghua County in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, is now drawing tourists' attention as pink flowers bloom in its peach blossom fields.
Fenghua County is known as the home of the Chinese honey peach. Tourists come from far and wide to enjoy the peach blossom scenery. The scenic blossoming period is around two weeks long, during which the blossom field is engulfed in a sea of pink flowers until early April.
Local village households in Fenghua have offered bed and breakfast services for tourists during the flower season, and can make nearly 10,000 yuan per day.
It is expected that Fenghua will attract more than 600,000 visitors in this year's flower season, and bring in 700 million yuan in revenue.
