Three people were killed and one was wounded when a gunman opened fire in downtown Fresno, California on Tuesday morning, said police.
The incident is not connected to terrorism, according to Fresno police chief.
The shooting began around 10:45 local time near the headquarters for Catholic Charities. The 39-year-old suspect, identified as Kori Ali Muhammad, has been arrested.

The man shouted “Allahu Akbar,” or “God is great” in Arabic, when he was being taken into custody, said the Fresno Police Department.
A total of 16 shots were fired in four different places, authorities said.
