Deng Xiaoping, recognized as the core of the second-generation leadership of the Communist Party of China, favored pragmatic reforms and came up with unique and innovative solutions. He was the first to put forward the concept of "Reform and Opening-up". Even today, China still benefits from Deng’s wisdom and decisions.
