At least 75 people have been killed on Thursday in a terrorist attack in southern Pakistan. The bomber blew himself up among a crowd of devotees in the shrine of Sufi saint Lal Shahbaz Qualandar in the town of Sehwan in Sindh province. Many of the victims were women and children. ISIL has claimed responsibility for the attack. CGTN's Danial Khan reports from Islamabad.
