DPRK-ROK Talks: DPRK reopens north-south hotline
[]
We start on the Korean Peninsula, where the DPRK has reopened a cross-border hotline linking the north and south. The hotline had been out of action for two years. In his New Year address, Kim said the DPRK would consider attending the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang.
