It's Day 6 of the Spring Festival travel rush, and airports and railways continue to face millions of Chinese traveling for the lunar new year.
The airport in Chongqing will be adding more flights to Taiwan from this Sunday to next Thursday to meet the staggering travel demands. And in east China's Dezhou city, construction of a bridge along the Beijing-Shanghai railway is now completed -- allowing trains to resume their regular speed of 160 kilometers per hour. The travel rush has also seen a spike in the number of missing child cases in transportation hubs around the country. More than 20 cases were reported each day at Hongqiao Railway Station, one of the most crowded in Shanghai.
