If anyone knows the importance of being time efficient, it would be a journalist reporting from the field. Working in news production means that every single minute matters. With only few hours on hand and deadlines around the corner, it takes cool nerves and years of experience to pull off a successful television package.
We followed CGTN reporter Martina Fuchs on Sunday as she went about her morning covering the opening meeting of the fifth session of the 12th National People's Congress, collecting materials and conducting interviews for a report due early in the afternoon.
Martina Fuchs is the senior business reporter and presenter on the CGTN daily program ‘Global Business.’ With work experience in Reuters as a financial TV producer, Martina has been conducting on-air interviews with movers and shakers in the business world over the past few years.
