Malala Yousafzai visits displaced children in Iraq

Attempted assassination survivor Malala Yousafzai has met with displaced children at a tent-school during her first visit to the Kurdistan region of Iraq.

During the visit, the Pakistan native identified the children's needs and their right to education. 

Yousafzai survived a 2012 assassination attempt by the Taliban in her home at Pakistani region of Swat to become a prominent education activist.
