Back in 2010, Xi Jinping visited Finland as vice president. He toured the northern Lapland District, where the city of Rovaniemi can best illustrate the country's two economic pillars - forestry and tourism.
Xi visited a logging camp, where tree-dozers had replaced people as the main work force in Finland's forestry industry. He also visited the home of Santa Claus, complete with a photo op with the jolly old man.
