In Indonesia, giant pandas Cai Tao and Hu Chun have made their debut before the media, as part of preparations for a public unveiling later this month.
Cai Tao was asleep most of the time but occasionally perked up for food. The pair arrived in Indonesia late September from southern China's Chengdu city and were quarantined at Taman Safari zoo in Bogor. The zoo hopes the 7-year-olds will mate and add to the giant panda population.
