Starting last year, foreign direct investment growth in China began to slow down. 

What can China do to reverse this trend and attract more foreign investment, and what kind of impact will the Belt and Road Initiative bring to the future of China's overseas investment landscape? ‍

Zhu Min, former deputy managing director of the International Monetary Fund and current president of the National Institute of Financial Research at Tsinghua University, said that the Belt and Road Initiative will help expand China’s overseas landscape. 

Zhu also emphasized that multilateralism is a must for global development.
