In Taiwan, at least 10 people are now confirmed dead following Tuesday night's magnitude-6.5 earthquake in the city of Hualien. Six people are still missing. Heavy rain, aftershocks, and unstable structures have hampered rescue efforts. Attention is now on one apartment building in the center of Hualien, where most of those still unaccounted for are registered as residents. The building is on the edge of collapse, making the work more difficult.
