South Korea's President Moon Jae-in is expected to meet with the DPRK's high-level delegation on Saturday during the PyeongChang Olympics. Seoul says President Moon will have lunch with the DPRK leader's sister. US Vice President Mike Pence has also arrived in the South for talks with President Moon Jae-in and to attend the opening ceremony of the Winter Olympics on Friday. On Thursday, Pence spoke to US service members after touring joint US and Japanese operations centers that monitor and react to crises on the peninsula and the region at large.
