China unseats NPC deputies for disciplinary violations

The NPC Standing Committee removed Wang Xibin, former head of PLA National Defense University, and Yu Haiyan, former vice governor of Gansu Province, from their posts as the NPC deputies on Friday.
The two are suspected of serious disciplinary violations.
