Trailer movement has been detected via satellite photos of DPRK’s nuclear test site in its northeastern mountainous area, South Korea’s Yonhap News Agency reported on Saturday citing the 38 North website.
Satellite photos showed probable trailers near the North Portal, the tunnel that the DPRK appears to have been ‍preparing for a nuclear test. Photos also indicated signs of some mining carts along the tracks heading to the spoil pile and a small equipment trailer near the North Portal, according to the US research monitoring website 38 North.

A satellite image taken on April 16 captured some DPRK workers playing volleyball at the site. The website said no such games were observed in the latest photos, taken on April 19, although the outline of the court in the courtyard was still visible.‍
The website has not confirmed whether the activity is "a tactical pause" before another nuclear test, but the imagery indicates the test site "appears able to conduct a sixth nuclear test at any time once the order is received from Pyongyang."
