Hong Kong police are investigating two separate murders.

The first is a double murder at the Ritz-Carlton hotel, where a woman and a boy were killed. A male suspect was arrested and sent to the hospital. Police haven't confirmed the relationship between the three, but local media report they were foreign nationals - a couple in their 40s with a seven-year-old son.

In a separate incident, police are looking into the murder-suicide of a couple found dead at a public housing complex.
