Russia Foreign Policy: Lavrov: Moscow will work to preserve Iran nuclear deal

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Monday that Russia will not support attempts by Washington to change the Iran nuclear deal. Lavrov said Moscow will work to preserve the existing agreement.
SERGEI LAVROV RUSSIAN FOREIGN MINISTER "The recent US statements aimed at ruining the joint comprehensive plan of action on the Iranian nuclear program did not contribute to optimism and stability. We will work to preserve the agreements on the Iranian nuclear program. "
During his annual news conference in Moscow, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov accused Washington of failing to recognise "the reality of the emerging multipolar world". Lavrov also discussed economic ties with China and in the Eurasia area in general. He also took questions on Syria, Ukraine, the Korean peninsula and other global issues.
