Car blocks intersection to help old lady cross street Surveillance video from Friday shows an old lady getting some help as she tried to wheel herself across the street in the city of Laizhou in east China’s Shandong Province. The lady was seen moving slowly on the zebra crossing, pushing a wheelchair. A black car blocked the intersection to prevent cars from moving forward, thus allowing the lady to safely reach the other side of the street.
