Reports of a second blast in the Pakistani city of Lahore were dismissed by Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah, who confirmed that no explosion had taken place in the Gulberg area, according to Pakistani Geo TV.
The second "blast" turned out to be a tire burst, Reuters reported citing local media.
