Pyeongchang Winter Olympics: Chinese delegation holds flag-raising ceremony at Olympic Village

The Chinese delegation held a flag-rising ceremony this morning at the Gangneung Olympics Village, kicking off their Winter Olympics journey.
The ceremony was held at 10 o'clock local time. The delegation arrived in South Korea Monday. Eighty-two Chinese athletes will compete in 55 events over 12 disciplines. This is the largest number of events Chinese athletes have ever participated in. Short track speed skater Zhou Yang will be the flag carrier for the Chinese delegation at the opening ceremony on Friday.
