The Democratic People's Republic of Korea and South Korea are preparing to hold talks for the first time in more than two years.
Talks are expected to focus on Pyongyang's possible participation in the Winter Olympics in South Korea next month. But Seoul's chief delegate has said that South Korea will also seek to discuss ways to ease military tensions and reunite divided families. South Korean Unification Minister Cho Myoung-gyon is holding a press conference now regarding Tuesday's dialogue.
