RVs, Chinese call them "house cars", first came to China in around 2001, but development has been slow due to a lack of camping culture, high costs, legal issues and insufficient infrastructure. Owning a RV is still a luxury dream for most people here in China. But one thing is for sure, that efforts to cultivate the market are paying off.
