Officials from South Korea and the DPRK are holding discussions on next week's high-level talks.

According to South Korea's Yonhap News Agency, Seoul has proposed sending a five-member delegation led by its Unification Minister.

Next week's rare dialogue will look at the DPRK's participation in Winter Olympics in South Korea. Just a month ahead of the opening ceremony, the country's IOC representative says he's unclear as to whether the DPRK would send an Olympic team.
