Turning to the latest on last weekend's oil tanker collision in the East China Sea. Rescuers have managed to board the ship and collect the bodies of two more crew members. One black box has also been found.
Fourteen vessels from China, South Korea and Japan have joined the search for the remaining 29 people that were on board. However, their efforts are being impeded by flames from the burning tanker as well as poor weather conditions. Officials say Chinese rescuers will continue their search until all hope has been exhausted. One body had been retrieved earlier. China's Maritime Safety Administration has launched an investigation into the incident.
