A cause of death has been given for Otto Warmbier -- the US student who died in June after being imprisoned in the DPRK.

A coroner in the US state of Ohio said the 22-year-old died from lack of oxygen and blood to the brain. US President Donald Trump has commented, saying that, quote, Warmbier was "tortured beyond belief". Pyongyang previously denied the maltreatment claims. Warmbier was caught by the DPRK in January 2016. He was sentenced to 15 years for trying to steal a poster with DPRK messaging on it, during his visit to Pyongyang. The native of Wyoming came back to the United States on June 13th in a coma and died days later.
