Since construction was completed in 2015, this 10.9 kilometer-long section of the national G42 highway has attracted countless visitors looking to take their cars for a unique drive on the water, surrounded by mountains on either side of the valley and the natural beauty of the Shennongjia Forest District. /CFP Photo

According to local newspaper Sanxia Daily citing the regional tourism authority, Xingshan County, where the road is located, attracted 90,200 visitors during the Spring Festival holiday. /CFP Photo
