New Zealand's conservative National Party looks set to win the country's general election, but without an outright majority. With almost all the votes counted, the incumbent National Party had secured 46.1 percent, transferring to 58 seats in the 120 member Congress. The opposition Labor Party lagged behind at 35.7 percent, or 45 seats. That means the National party is likely to form the next government, but it will have to seek a coalition partner.
