Britain's Theresa May is in China for her first visit as Prime Minister. Today marks the beginning of her 3-day trip.
Premier Li Keqiang welcomed her at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. There, they discussed China-UK relations, as well as global and regional issues. They will also witness the signing of various cooperative agreements and trade deals before then briefing the media. May arrived in Wuhan this morning to visit Wuhan University and meet with students. In the afternoon, she came to Beijing for the first annual China-UK Prime Ministers' Meeting.
