Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Geng Shuang has responded to a report by UN independent investigators. The report claims the DPRK had earned 200 million US dollars from banned exports and sent weapons to Syria and Myanmar.
GENG SHUANG CHINESE FOREIGN MINISTRY SPOKESPERSON "As far as I know, the report you mentioned is being reviewed by the UN Security Council. Therefore, it is not a good time for me to comment on the report in front of the press. I want to reiterate that first, China has always called on all sides to comprehensively and strictly implement the resolutions approved by the UN Security Council. And second, China, as one of the permanent members of the UN Security Council, has always been taking the lead to comprehensively and strictly implement the resolutions approved by the UN Security Council over the DPRK in order to fulfil our international responsibilities."
