South African Politics: ANC postpones the president's State of the National Address

South Africa's Speaker of Parliament says President Jacob Zuma's State of the Nation Address has been postponed. The ruling ANC has been pressuring Zuma to step down amid allegations of corruption. Party leaders are preparing to discuss the issue on Wednesday. On Monday, scuffles broke out between different factions of the party at its headquarters in Johannesburg.
