Chinese Ambassador to the US Cui Tiankai also reaffirmed that Beijing would NOT seek dominance in its foreign policy. Cui made the statement at a Chinese New Year celebration in New York earlier this week. He added China will continue to cooperate with other international partners to promote common development.
