Taiwan Earthquake: Rescue efforts continue as hopes for survivors fade

Scores of aftershocks on Thursday hampered rescue efforts in Taiwan's popular tourist city of Hualien, in the wake of a powerful earthquake that killed at least 10 people. Emergency personnel are combing through collapsed buildings in search for survivors. Hualien was hit by a magnitude 6-point-5 quake just before midnight on Tuesday.
