The third edition of the Dubai Canvas 3D art festival opened on Wednesday on Dubai's City Walk. Visitors have been having fun with role-playing and having their photos put in the 3D paintings.

The festival is organized by Brand Dubai, the creative arm of the Government of Dubai's Media Office, in partnership with Meraas, one of Dubai’s leading holding companies. It aims to promote open air museums, and 25 international artists and four Emiratis are taking part in the event. 

The free festival is now running from March 1-7.
