Costa Rica Plane Crash: 10 US passengers, 2 crew killed

Ten US citizens have died in the crash of a small plane in Costa Rica. Sunday's accident in a mountainous area in the country's northwestern Guanacaste region also killed the two Costa Rican crew members. The plane burst into flames and hit the ground. The cause has not been determined. The president of the Central American country, Luis Guillermo Solis, expressed regret on behalf of the government.
