Afghanistan Blast: At least 40 killed, 140 wounded in central Kabul explosion

A suicide car bombing in the Afghan capital Kabul has killed at least 40 people and wounded about 140 others.
The blast occurred at the city center, where foreign embassies and government buildings are located. The Taliban has claimed responsibility for the explosion, just a week after it claimed another attack in Kabul which killed over 20 people.
