It’s the place where fish tacos and the Caesar salad were invented. It has also gained fame for its high-quality wine and craft beer. Now, the Mexican state of Baja California is upping the ante, converting itself into a go-to place for gastronomic delights on the international food scene. 

From Tijuana to Ensenada to Mexicali, this gourmet hot-spot is even putting its own twist on Chinese and Italian food.
