In Thailand, royals and dignitaries from all over the world attended the symbolic cremation ceremony of the late King Poo-mee-pon Adun-yadett in Bangkok. More than 200-thousand people have taken to the streets of the nation's capital to bid farewell to the country's longest reigning monarch.
 
His five-day funeral began Wednesday with a merit-making ceremony at the Grand Palace. His body has been cremated on a royal pyre, lit by his son, King Maha Vajiralongkorn.
