China’s Jin Boyang bagged a second bronze medal at World Figure Skating Championships in Helsinki, Finland on Saturday, as Japan’s Yuzuru Hanyu reclaimed his world title.
Hanyu’s compatriot Shoma Uno took silver, as Asia swept the men's podium for the first time ever, ahead of next year’s Winter Olympics in South Korea.
Nineteen-year-old Jin was fourth after the short program on Thursday but a flawless free skate to music from the film “La Strada” meant he finished with a career best total of 303.58 points, overtaking Canada’s three-time world champion Patrick Chan to finish third.

This was Jin’s second bronze medal following last year’s world championships in Boston, US.
The first Chinese to finish on the podium in the men's event at figure skating worlds, Jin was also the first skater to land four quadruple jumps in a free skate and six quads in a competition.
Olympic champion Yuzuru Hanyu meanwhile snatched on Saturday his second world gold medal after 2014, with 321.59 points, ending Spanish skater Javier Fernandez’s two-year reign at world championships.
Fernandez finished fourth, ahead of Chan in fifth place.
