The top nuclear envoys of South Korea and Japan have met in Seoul. The South Korean Foreign Ministry says the two agreed to step up cooperation to turn what they call the emerging "peace momentum" on the Korean Peninsula into a peaceful resolution of the DPRK's nuclear stalemate. And South Korean Unification Minister Cho Myoung-gyon says Seoul will seek to discuss ways to ease military tensions and reunite divided families during Tuesday's high-level talks with Pyongyang.
