Pakistan has summoned the U-S ambassador to the country over President Trump's statement against Islamabad. The US leader alleged in a tweet that Pakistan has given nothing except, in his words, lies and deceit in return for aid provided by Washington. Islamabad slammed Trump's post, saying Pakistan had done a lot for the U-S. Ambassador David Hale was called to the Pakistani foreign office in Islamabad Monday night. A US embassy spokesperson confirmed the meeting, while refusing to comment further.
